Refunds Policy

We are happy to reship or refund for any lost order If you contact us within 6 weeks from the shipment date. No reshipment/s or refund/s are going to be accepted if reported to us after 6 weeks.

We are happy to reship any order that has not delivered to you but on the subsequent conditions:

An additional 7 days have elapsed additionally to the quality delivery time since the date of shipment.
The shipping address provided by you is correct.
You will be charged for the replacement of order, if you've got provided an incorrect address, Our billing team contact you with the refund details, once the first order is returned to us. The refund process may take some weeks to months because the “return” postage has not been paid.

If for a few reason, your order isn't delivered or is broken in transit, we'll ship you a replacement or issue you a full refund as per your request.

If, however, you receive a partial order, we'll issue you a full refund, then charge just for the merchandise (s) you received.

We request you to permit us 28 business days from the day the order was shipped. If after 28 days, you've got not received the order, or if you received any notification that your order was on hold or returned to the sender, please contact us at admin@genericeveryday.com

and we act on your request promptly. If for a few reason, you're not satisfied with the standard of the products, please contact us within 35 days of receiving the products and that we will issue a free replacement or refund for that product. Queries received after 35 days of delivery won't be entertained.
